In 1996 in Chisinau there was opened a confectionery gild “Malexim” and since then the “SalentExim” has been operating as a confectionery factory.

By the end of 2001 the confectionery gild “Malexim” ’s main business had been cake baking, pastries baking and also candied fruit jelly making.

In 2012, in the process of reorganization and restructuring, there was formed an enterprise “SalentExim”. The new name “Salenti” gave a rhythm to the company and its further development. In the consequence of intensive upgrading, there was installed modern high-tech equipment.

SRL “SalentExim” is one of the most known manufacturers of confectionery products in the Republic of Moldova. It produces about 50 different confectionery items.

The main products of the company include candied fruit jelly, pastila and biscuits/cookies (with/without filling). The production is popular and loved by all people of any age and with any preference. Nowadays, the company has two main gilds, where the range of all mentioned above products are produced.

As it was said earlier, the company has modern high-tech equipment, specially purchased for making sweets. Practically, it has a fully automated mechanism for biscuits/cookies making. The strategy of the enterprise provides changes in production’s range and improvement of production’s quality, which is guaranteed by our gild’s laboratory that has a high level of security of raw materials and final products as well.
